Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the JEE Admission Cum Scholarship Test 2026, students must meet the following eligibility conditions:

1. Nationality

  • Applicants must be Indian citizens and residents of India.

2 Educational Qualification

  • Students currently studying in or who have passed Class 12 (or equivalent examination) from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who are appearing for Class 12 exams in 2026 are also eligible to register.
  • Students who have already taken admission in any college or university must provide valid admission proof during the verification process.

3. Eligible Courses

  • The scholarship applies primarily to students seeking admission in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) and related undergraduate programs.
  • Students already admitted to IITs, NITs, DTU, or other recognized universities may apply under the Scholarship-Only Option for tuition fee assistance.

4. Age Limit

  • There is no strict upper age limit, but applicants must satisfy the standard age criteria prescribed by their respective boards or universities for undergraduate admission.

5. Academic Performance

  • Applicants must have demonstrated strong academic performance in their previous examinations.
  • Selection and scholarship allocation are based on merit, as determined by the JEE Admission Cum Scholarship Evaluation System.

6. Category Preference

  • The JEE Admission Cum Scholarship 2026 program follows a merit-based selection process with no category-based reservation.
  • However, applicants from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • The evaluation and scholarship awards are determined solely on academic merit, performance in the scholarship test, and document verification, without any reservation for specific categories.

7. Scholarship Examination

  • Candidates must appear for the Common University Admission Cum Scholarship Test organized by JEE Scholarship.com.
  • Final eligibility for scholarships will depend on performance in the test, academic records, and document verification.

8. Admission Linkage

  • Scholarships are offered in collaboration with partnered colleges and universities listed on the portal.
  • Admission and scholarship availability are subject to the policies of these participating institutions.

9. Documentation Required

  • Valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card or School ID)
  • Latest mark sheet or passing certificate
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Admission proof (if already enrolled in a college)
  • Income certificate (if applying under EWS category)

10. Other Conditions

  • Students must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
  • Any form of misrepresentation or false documentation may result in cancellation of the scholarship and disqualification from future opportunities.
  • The decision of the JEE Admission Cum Scholarship Committee will be final and binding.
